The Quest for Optimal Sleep: Part 1 - Background For a long time, I've had a hard time maintaining a sleep schedule that is optimal (for now, defined as ~8 hours a night, and preferably being out of bed before 8:30 am). There seem to be several major obstacles to a healthy sleep schedule for me: * Willpower: Just
